What we consider

We publish factual records drawn from primary-source documents, such as court filings, judgments, orders, and settlements of record. We do not remove or alter existing coverage: We publish the documented outcome alongside it, so the resolution of a matter is as easy to find as the claim that began it.

How to submit

Submissions are accepted by email only. We do not operate an online form. Email [email protected] and tell us:

• The name of the individual the matter concerns.
• A brief summary of the matter and how it was resolved.
• The primary-source documents, or where they can be verified.
• Confirmation that you are the individual concerned, or that you hold their consent.
